Russia’s “Luna-25” space and lunar station has been launched successfully from Roscosmos’ Vostochny Cosmodrome, the Russian embassy announced.

The automatic module was put on flight path to the Moon from the Earth orbit and now the spaceship is on its way to the Moon.

The launch of the automatic station into circumlunar circular orbit is scheduled for August 16, with a touchdown on the lunar surface on August 21.

This is the first Russian Lunar Mission since late 1970s. The next three “Luna” stations will be launched in 2027, 2028 and 2030. Russia is on its way forward, to the historic turn of the Mankind from its cradle in the Earth to its future in the outer space. Despite of the illegal sanctions and other restrictions that are being imposed by the West to save its dominance and to impede other nations’ will to live just and free, it is not possible to stop the temptation of all progressive peoples for further development.
