This appointment enhances the company’s standing as best in class digital thought leaders within the financial and insurance technology services platform. Dinesh brings with him 20 years of experience within the banking and insurance sector as an IT professional with strong specialisations in the area of lean methodologies coupled with proven track records for successful delivery creating operational efficiency and reduced costs.

Dinesh’s last role prior to joining Linear Six was with Nations Trust Bank Plc. (NTB) as Chief Innovation Officer. During his tenure at Nation’s Trust Bank, Dinesh was responsible for bringing in new concepts to the FinTech space with events such as FinTech Hack and FinTech Innovation Lab. Dinesh being a specialist in the field wanted to ensure the learning within the Financial Technology space continued to grow and was instrumental in bringing new concepts from around the world to Sri Lanka.
Throughout his career Dinesh has continuously developed his professional credentials attaining the 5s trainer certification becoming a specialist in area of Lean Transformation. He lead the core banking implementation at NTB and was part of the founding leadership team at the bank for FriMi which is Sri Lanka’s first digital bank system. The combination of software development knowledge, hands on experience with numerous design to deployment projects across workflow platforms has seen him reducing cost, increasing operational efficiency and creating cohesive cultures within many organizations. He is sort after in the industry and masterfully handholds companies through change processes making the experience efficient and seamless.
Dinesh has a Masters of Science (Information Technology) from Cardiff University/Prifysgol and a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowen University.
