Laugfs Gas to resume supply in 6 days Featured

Laugfs Gas say that they will be able to issue LP Gas cylinders to the local market in the next few days as they have succeeded in opening Letters of Credit.

The company says that they will be able to issue gas cylinders in the next 06 days.

'Sri Lanka Mirror' learns that this latest development is a result of the Laugfs Holdings' Chairman - W.K.H Wegapitiya's recent trip to Dubai to meet gas producers.

Many consumers were severely affected after Laugfs stopped issuing LPG to the local market.

Sri Lanka is currently facing a severe LP Gas shortage and the market's sole supplier at the moment - Litro has been telling the public for days not to queue up for gas.
