Shangri La opening on Nov. 16 (pics)

The Chinese Shangri La Hotel currently being built at Galle Face, will be officially declared open for operations on November 16.

The company announced that bookings will be open from September 01.

The politically much talked about Shangri La Hotel will consist of 500 rooms. The hotel also boasts of the  largest swimming pool in the Colombo city.

Shangri La Hotel bookings for receptions will also be opened while it can accomodate around 200 guests.
