DLB relaunches “Development Fortune” (video)

The Development Lotteries Board (DLB), which has earned a name for being the leader of introducing latest trends to the lottery, yesterday (15) re-launched the lottery - “Development Fortune” which has been a household name in the past.
The launch was held at the DLB auditorium under the patronage of the DLB chairman - Romesh Jayawardena and the first stack of lotteries were handed over to sales representatives.
The Mega Jackpot, Super Jackpot and Jackpot of the new lottery will be Rs. 5,000,000/- , Rs. 2,000,000/- and Rs. 1,000,000/-, respectively. In addition, Rs. 500,000/- prizes and a range middle and low level prizes are on offer.
The people will be able to purchase lotteries in accordance with their months of birth as the lotteries come under 12 respective months. The new lottery will be launched to the market on the 15th of December 2016. The inaugural draw of the lottery will telecast over Sri Lanka Rupavahini on the 22nd of December 2016. The price of a ticket will be Rs. 20/- . The Development Lotteries Board states that drawing of the lottery will be conducted on every Thursday and Saturday of the week.
04 out 60 balls in the first machine and one out 12 balls in the second will be selected as the lucky month. 06 more balls will be selected from the third machine as the super number and the following prizes will be on offer.
Rs. 20/- for any winning number, Rs. 100/- for two winning numbers, Rs. 1,000/- for three winning numbers, Rs. 50,000/- for four winning numbers, Rs. 40/- for a winning number and the lucky month, Rs. 200/- for two winning numbers and the lucky month, Rs. 5,000/- for three winning numbers and the lucky month, Rs.1,000,000/- or the Jackpot of the day for four winning numbers and the super number, Rs 2,000,000/- or the Super Jackpot of the day for four winning numbers and the lucky month or Rs. 5,000,000/- or Mega Jackpot of the day for four winning numbers, super number and the lucky month will be awarded.
The Development Lotteries Board urges the general public to taste the new range of prizes in the lottery history of the country purchasing this newly launched ticket.
