A case has been filed at the Colombo Chief Magistrate Court against an apple based bottled drink produced and distributed by Cargills Agrifoods Ltd.
The case has been filed by a PHI attached to the Gothatuwa MOH office.
It has been alleged that the company had produced and distributed the 330ml bottle of this product with Sorbic Acid levels exceeding the maximum permissible amount.
