The Consumer Affairs Authority has filed a case against the popular clothing retailer – Cool Planet at the Colombo Chief Magistrate court.
The complaint had stated that the store had not sold a shirt without details including care instructions.
The case has been addressed to the Cool Planet outlet located at No. 61, Isipathanaramaya Road, Colombo 05.
