Galadari Hotel’s management changed
The management of Galadari Hotel, one of the upscale hotels in Colombo, has been handed over to an international hotel company, Radisson Hotels Asia Pacific Investments Private Limited.
The company that performs secretarial work of the hotel has issued an announcement to its shareholders notifying the change.
Two agreements–a Hotel Development Services Agreement and a Hotel Management Agreement–have been signed between Galadari Hotel and Radisson Hotel Asia Pacific Investments Private Limited to manage the hotel and improve its services.
The agreements signed on May 1 this year will be effective from that date.
Accordingly, the hotel will be managed under the name “Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo”.
