The government has decided to allow the re-export of several spices such as pepper, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, mace and cardamom.
According to a decision given by the Cabinet to issue related import licences under the Import and Export Control Regulations, the import of these spices has been permitted subject to the approval of the Import and Export Controller General.
