Hisham Jamaldeen has resigned from the boards of Hayleys Plc companies, Singer (Sri Lanka) Plc, Haycarb Plc and Talawakelle Tea estates Plc, the company said in a stock exchange filling.
Jamaldeen was a non-executive director. His resignation is effective from November 14.
Jamaldeen is the founder and the managing director of Steradian Capital Investments (Pvt) Ltd; a real-estate investment company functioning in Asia and the UK.
He is also the chairman for Ascot developments (Pvt) Ltd and the managing director and executive director at On’ally Holdings Plc.
