Litro Gas Lanka has decided not to revise the prices of its domestic LP gas cylinders for the month of February.
During a special media briefing convened this morning (Feb.02), Litro Chairman Muditha Peiris said the decision was reached after taking into account the financial difficulties facing the members of the public.
Although the LPG prices should ideally be increased in line with the price hike in the international market, Mr. Peiris said the company decided to bear the greater share of the loss.
Accordingly, Litro Gas prices will remain at the following rates:
12.5kg cylinder – Rs. 4,250
5kg cylinder – Rs. 1,707
2.3 kg cylinder – Rs. 795
