Renovated Elphinstone theatre reopened (Pics)

The Elphinstone theatre, renovated by minister Sajith Premadasa, has been reopened by state minister - Ranjan Ramanayake.

The 645-seat theatre has been renovated at a cost of Rs. 372 million, also includes a new lights system.
