They are facing these obstructions despite receiving the green light of the DG of Health Services to continue shooting under health conditions.
The letter notes that if shooting of these teledramas are stopped, around 4,5000 will lose their livelihoods.
Shootings already stoppedIt is reported that Health units have intervened to stop shooting of the 'Sangeethe' teledrama broadcast by 'Derana TV'.
It is also said that shooting of the teledrama 'Nenala' broadcast by SLRC has been stopped as well.
Earlier, the cast of popular drama 'Can You Hear Me' too faced an incident after a PHI had quarantined 25 including popular actress Shalini Tharaka, during a shoot in Bandarawela.
