The film festival was held by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and Culture and the Sakarya University from October 12 - 14.
Hasantha's film - 'Mutton', which is based on the short story - "Lamb to the Slaughter" by Roald Dahl and has been selected from over 7,000 competitors from 197 countries.
