The protest is gaining momentum with large crowds joining it and despite the bad weather, large crowds were seen early this morning (12) having completed the 3rd night of the protest.

Meanwhile, a group of artists stepped in to keep the crowds entertained with their songs as a sign of support and encouragement for their struggle.

Indika Upamali, Sangeeth Wickramansinha and many other artists were present at the event.

 Despite the heavy rains, they sang and kept the protest going.
