139 Police OICs have been transferred with effective from tomorrow (Feb. 12) and Feb. 18
The transfers have been made by the Acting IGP – Senior DIG Priyantha Weerasooriya under the approval of the National Police Commission.
Accordingly, 53 Police OICs have been assigned to general duties under the transfers. 50 new appointments are also among the transfers.
