Sri Lanka Police has announced that special traffic plans will be implemented in several areas today (Sep. 18) due to the final election rallies and public meetings of candidates contesting the presidential election this weekend.
Several rallies have been organized around Colombo City, Kottawa and Piliyandala areas and the special traffic plan implemented by the police is as follows :
