Area on Southern Expressway closed after earthslip

The Stretch between the Imaduwa & Pinnaduwa exits in the Southern Expressway has been temporarily closed due to an earthslip.

Meanwhile, landslide warnings have been issued to Colombo, Kalutara, Ratnapura, Kegalle and Galle districts & will be in place until 9.00am tomorrow (21).

Also, the Department of Meteorology states that showers will occur at times in Western, Sabaragamuwa and Southern provinces.
