Two suspects have been arrested over aiding and abetting the extortion of money and making death threats to the former chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) – Janaka Ratnayake.
According to the Police, the two suspects were arrested for aiding and abetting the suspect and providing the main suspect accommodation facilities to abscond the Police in Palwehera, Dambulla.
The two suspects are 38 and 40-year-old residents of the area.
