Asymptomatic COVID-19 patients to be monitored at homes Featured

Necessary arrangements have been made to monitor and treat asymptomatic COVID19 patients at their homes from Monday (17), Primary Health Care, Epidemics and COVID Disease Control State Minister Dr Sudarshani Fernandopulle said.

She said asymptomatic patients who tested positive for COVID-19 with the PCR test would be directed to their homes for treatment and would be monitored by health officials.

However, she said steps would be taken to admit them to hospitals if they come up with complications.
