The party says they vehemently reject the news, which they say is another wave of propaganda by the government that is continuously failing in all fields and constantly facing public backlash.
The news in question claims that the JVP had spent Rs. 50 million to boost the party leader - Anura Kumara Dissanayake's image on social media.
Noting that the company doesn't even have any links to the advertising agency mentioned in the news, the JVP says that it is merely a fake news publish to slander the party.
This is also another unsuccessful attempt by the government to deviate the anti-government public opinion which is growing stronger at the present, the JVP adds.
