The suspect was arrested during a raid carried out in the Danketiya area in Tangalle based on a tip-off.

At the time of arrest the STF had found 3,780 mg of heroin and an illegal sword in his possession.

He is a wanted criminal with charges of murder as well as robbery and assault against him.
