Victoria Nuland to arrive in SL today!

The Under Secretary for Political Affairs of the US State Department Victoria Nuland is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka today, on a two-day official visit.

During her visit, Under Secretary Nuland is scheduled to call on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Foreign Minister GL Peiris, and Foreign Secretary Jayanath Colombage.

Minister Peiris and Under Secretary Nuland will co-chair the 4th session of the Sri Lanka-US Partnership Dialogue at the Foreign Ministry tomorrow (23).

In addition, Under Secretary Nuland is scheduled to meet the business community and civil society.

The Sri Lanka-US Partnership Dialogue was last held in 2019 in Washington DC.
