A short while ago, a protest was held against Wickremasinghe and now a group of his supporters have arrived and are there in support of him.
However, the former Prime Minister said in Parliament yesterday (07) that TNA MP Rasamanikkam was trying to send a group to protest in front of his house.
He was reading a message sent to a WhatsApp group stating that protesters had been told to come near Ladies College at 9.00 am today (07).
However, he noted that it was the Ladies College past students who gathered there.
The former Prime Minister informed Parliament that groups such as Aruni W and Krishantha Karunaratne would gather in front of his house.
He also noted that a group from Kolonnawa were arriving.
