Dasun had expressed similar sentiments when he had said, "No matter your party, we are all Sri Lankas. Please say NO to THUGGERY and VIOLENCE against your own people. Hailing from Negombo, I can understand the people's pain. But we must find solutions with peace and compassion towards each other. Together we can rebuild Sri Lanka."
