Sapugaskanda operations to resume

Minister of Energy - Kanchana Wijesekara has said that operations at the Sapugaskanda Refinery will commence for the first time since March 20 with a Crude Oil cargo unloading happening today (27).

The refinery will start producing Fuel Oil in 6 days, he adds.

The minister tweeted as follows last night (26).
