Top US delegation to visit tomorrow

The US Embassy in Sri Lanka says that a high-level delegation from the United States will arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow (26) to explore the most effective methods available from the United States to assist Sri Lanka overcome the economic crisis.

Robert Caproth, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Asia, and Kelly Kidderlin, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, are scheduled to visit the island.

They are scheduled to remain in Sri Lanka until June 29, during which period they will meet with a wide range of political representatives, economists and international organizations.
