Dear IGP

We are shocked about the rape of three school girls in Malligaitvu in Trincomalee District. We are further shocked to hear that some politicians are involved in solving the situation in order to maintain so called coexistence...

We strongly feel that good governance or social integration or coexistence cannot be maintained if criminals are protected. I here attached herewith the message received by me from our Tamil friends who feel that investigations are not carried out independently

Message received

""Three girls of Malligaitivu Vidyalaya Trincomalee have been raped by three muslim men on 28.05.2017 at Malligaitivu Vidyalaya .During the students were getting ready to return after the Dhaham Pasal weekly class. The suspects escaped but the persons who supported have been captured by the people and they have tied them with a tree.latter on the police and the minister Thandayuthapani insisted the people to release them ,promising that they will arrest the accused. So far four of them have been arrested but they have not been identified and confirmed that they are the misdemenours.Victims have been admitted to the Trinco General Hospital for Judicial Medical Test.""

We hereby request your office to inquire into the integrity of this message and make necessary steps to arrest the real criminals in order to ensure some justice to these innocent girls.

Your intervention in this regard is highly appreciated.
