Water supply to several areas will be suspended for 36 hours, from 2.00 pm today (May 28) to 2.00 am on May 30, due to a pipeline breakdown caused during the construction of the Kandy Goodshed Bus Stand.
Accordingly, water supply will be suspended to the areas along Peradeniya Road, William Gopallawa Mawatha, from near the Usavi Complex to the Municipal Council Junction, Asgiriya, Wewa Raawa, Raja Pihilla Mawatha, Buwelikada, Thennakumbura, Gurudeniya, Ampitiya and all streets in the Kandy city center.
