Ministers of State Premalal Jayasekara (Ports & Aviation Services), Indika Anuruddha (Power & Energy), Mohan Priyadarshana de Silva (Agriculture) & Siripala Gamlath (Highways) have been officially removed from their positions with immediate effect, the President’s Media Division states.
This decision was made under the authority granted to the President by Article 47(3)(a) of the Constitution of Sri Lanka, the PMD adds.
