The agreement to distribute fuel in Sri Lanka was signed with Sinopec a short while ago at the Presidential Secretariat, the President’s Media Division said.
The PMD said the negotiations have been completed with Sinopec Fuel Oil Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and the parent company in China and Singapore for a long-term contract regarding the importation, storage, distribution, and sale of petroleum products in Sri Lanka following the recommendations of the Cabinet appointed Special Committee.
