The Supreme Court fixed for support the Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by DIG Ajith Rohana requesting to issue an order invalidating the decision taken by the Public Security Ministry to transfer him, on July 17.
The petition was taken up before the Supreme Court Judge Bench consisting of Justices Priyantha Jayawardena and Arjuna Obeysekera today.
