National People’s Power leader – Anura Kumara Dissanayake has also decided to step down from the Committee of Public Enterprises (COPE).
Earlier today (March 20), MPs Duminda Dissanayake and Wasantha Yapa Bandara had also decided to quit the committee.
As of now, 10 out of the 30 MPs in the COPE committee have stepped down.
