AKD meets Northern leaders (Pics)
National People’s Power (NPP) leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake today (June) met people’s representatives of the North including TNA MP M.A Sumanthiran and Mavai Senadirajah at the Ilankai Thamil Arasu Katchi (ITAK) office in Jaffna.
He also met former TNA MP Dharmalingam Siddarthan during this visit.
They discussed at length the current economic and political atmosphere in the country as well as issues faced by the people and the need to build national unity at length.
NPP National Executive Committee members – Bimal Rathnayake and Ramalingam Chandrasekara attended the meetings.
