Kandy District MP Anuradha Jayaratne has been appointed leader of the New Democratic Front (NDF) parliamentary group.
The decision was made during a meeting led by former President Ranil Wickremesinghe and communicated to Speaker Asoka Ranwala.
Anuradha Jayaratne is the son of former Prime Minister – D.M. Jayaratne.
