The National People’s Power (NPP) campaign office in Bokalagama, Mirigama, had been set on fire yesterday (Aug. 28) afternoon.
According to Pallewela police, the fire had damaged tables, chairs and billboards, while causing minor damages to the building.
Further investigations are underway to arrest a suspect that has been identified, police add.
