Retired Major General Sarada Samarakoon assumed duties as the new Chairman of Lanka Sugar Company (Pvt) Limited today (20).
Previously, he served as an officer in the Gajaba Regiment of the Sri Lanka Army and worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Janatha Estates Development Board upon his retirement.
