Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports and Civil Aviation Bimal Rathnayake has been appointed as the Leader of the House.
This appointment was made during the inaugural Cabinet meeting chaired by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake today morning (Nov. 19).
In addition, Minister of Health and Mass Media – Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, who was appointed as the Cabinet Spokesman, was also appointed as Chief Government Whip.
