The power generation at the Kelanitissa Power Station has been suspended due to a breakdown, trade unions said.
The representatives of the trade unions stated that there has been a technical failure at the Power Station, which has resumed operations following a lengthy renovation, and the electrical engineers are taking measures to restore power generation.
Meanwhile, it is also reported that there is no naphtha required for power generation.
