A vehicle was stuck in the pond at the parliamentary complex amidst heavy rains.
The driver of the vehicle had reportedly tried to apply the brakes and prevent the vehicle from falling into the pond but had not been able to prevent the two front wheels from going into the water.
The cab involved in the accident belongs to the Presidential Secretariat
Vehicles falling into this pond has become a usual occurrence over the past few years.
