The Cabinet of Ministers has granted approval to the proposal to revise the borrowing limit of the government for the year 2022.
According to the Cabinet paper tabled by the Minister of Finance, Attorney General’s clearance has been granted for the Bill prepared by the Legal Draftsman to revise the Approved Borrowing Limit for the year 2022.
The Bill will now be published in the government gazette and then presented to Parliament for approval.
