The kerosene stock donated by the Chinese Government will be distributed free of charge to the fishermen today (23).
The programme is scheduled to be launched by Fisheries Minister Douglas Devananda at the Panadura Fisheries Harbour.
Arrangements have been made to distribute 150 liters of kerosene each to 26,000 boats that use kerosene as fuel.
