China donates Rs.2bn worth medicines & medical supplies!
China has donated another stock of essential medicines and medical supplies worth Rs.2 billion to Sri Lanka.
The stock of medicines and medical supplies was brought to the Colombo Port yesterday (06).
The Chinese Embassy said the stock consists of 24 containers (16,000 boxes) and its total weight exceeds 255 metric tons.
Along with this stock, the value of medicines donated by China to Sri Lanka since June this year has exceeded Rs.5 billion.
