A team from the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is to leave for Dubai to escort notorious criminal – Ramesh Mihiranga alias ‘Manna Ramesh’ back to Sri Lanka.
An Interpol Red Notice was issued for the immediate arrest of ‘Manna Ramesh’ and he was arrested by the Dubai police.
He is wanted for a host of crimes including multiple murders in the Avissawella area
