Former United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) MP – Dayashrita Tissera, has officially joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB).
In a Facebook post, Mr. Tissera has said that this is a significant milestone in his political career and he intends to further serve the people in the Naththandiya electorate and Puttalam district.
SJB leader – Sajith Premadasa has also appointed Tissera as the electorate organizer for Naththandiya.
Tissera, the son of renowned politician Protus Thisera, has held several prominent positions in past governments, including powerful cabinet and deputy minister roles.
