State Minister Diana Gamage filed a complaint with the Welikada Police.
The complaint filed by her says that SJB Parliamentarians Sujith Sanjaya Perera and Rohana Bandara had attacked her.
Meanwhile, following the incident, State Minister Diana Gamage was admitted to Sri Jayawardenepura Hospital for treatment.
A spokesperson of the hospital said she was discharged from the hospital following treatments.
Multiple videos related to the conflict between the two SJB Parliamentarians and state Minister Diana Gamage are currently circulating on social media.
The committee appointed to look into this matter says that they will commence investigations in this regard, on Monday.
The committee is being chaired by Deputy Speaker Ajith Rajapakse.
He stated that he expects to present a report in this regard to the Speaker on the 7th of November.
