The Ceylon Electricity Board says that the digitalized bill programme will be initiated for consumers in 03 areas from July 01.
Accordingly, consumers residing in the areas of Dehiwala, Kelaniya and Sri Jayawardenapura will receive their electricity bill either via SMS or email.
