The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has implemented a mandatory appointment system for all service seekers, effective from today (March 04).
According to the Motor Transport Commissioner General – Mr. Nishantha Weerasinghe, this new system applies to all district offices nationwide.
Accordingly, the public can utilize the dedicated phone number provided by the DMT to schedule an appointment and services also remain accessible online through the official website – dmt.appointment.gov.lk
This initiative aims to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency within the DMT.
