The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has decided to make a change in the vehicle registration certificate.
Accordingly, it has been decided to include only the names of the current owner and the previous owner of a vehicle in the vehicle registration certificate.
The DMT Commissioner General said that this decision will be effective from yesterday (18).
