Election Commission rectifies misconceptions on polling stations
The National Election Commission has refuted reports claiming that registered voters can cast their vote at any polling station in the country, during the upcoming Presidential Election.
Issuing a statement, the Election Commission said no such decision has been taken and such social media reports are false and misleading.
The Election Commission further emphasised that voters can only cast their ballots at the polling stations in their divisional areas registered in the electoral register.
